Growing with Grancino

About this series...

The 18th century duos for two cellos are a treasure trove for cellists, providing them with hundreds of sonatas and other works that are delightful to play and to hear. But for beginning cellists, or those in the early stages of development, any given book, or set of sonatas may contain only one or two movements that they can play at their present level.

The purpose of "Growing with Grancino" is to sift through the hudreds of sonatas and other pieces already published by Grancino Editions and selectively seek out movements that can be played by cellists at each level of their development.

It is hoped that both teachers and students will find these volumes helpful and musically satisfying.
